Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
That said—your happiness matters to us!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at hello@pinayglow.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please keep in mind your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at hello@pinayglow.com.
