Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

All orders are packed with care and shipped from United Kingdom using Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

 

Processing Time

We ship within 2–3 business days from the date you place your order.

Once it’s shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking info.

We don’t process or ship on weekends or UK bank holidays—rest days for everyone!

 

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times start after dispatch and are based on working days only.

Please note: delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

 

International Orders

Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These aren’t included in our prices and will need to be paid by you upon delivery.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or incomplete paperwork, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund.

 

Double-Check Your Details!

It’s your responsibility to make sure the name and shipping address you provide are correct.
If an order is lost due to incorrect info, we can't offer a refund or replacement. Once it’s shipped, it’s out of our hands (and in the courier’s!).

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided at checkout, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

If a package is returned because it was rejected at the time of delivery or not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
